Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Operate CNC mills to produce precision parts.
• Conduct quality inspections using tools like calipers and micrometers.
• Load and unload parts and programs into CNC machines.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and precision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of math.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
