CBTS is currently seeking a Systems Administrator for a position located in Louisville, KY. This position will be located onsite and will be working on second shift hours.
The Systems Administrator will focus on server management, network support, application maintenance, and project leadership, while also managing specialized systems such as meeting room display boards and AV equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Server Infrastructure Management : Manage and maintain servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Active Directory Administration : Handle user accounts, group policies, and directory services with at least 5 years of experience.
- Network Support : Oversee network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable connectivity across all properties.
- Virtualization : Manage and maintain VMware environments with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Scripting : Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Camera System : Manage, install, and troubleshoot CCTV Camera systems with over 1000 cameras. Both analog and IP base Cameras.
- Cloud Platforms : Manage Azure environments with at least 3 years of experience, including resource configuration and monitoring.
- Productivity Tools : Maintain and support Office 365 (e.g., Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) with at least 4 years of experience.
- POS System Support : Maintain and troubleshoot POS terminals and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- RMM Tools and Windows Policies : Utilize tools like Datto for remote monitoring and management; create and implement Windows patching policies.
- Meeting Room Display Boards & AV Systems : Maintain and support 22Miles meeting room display boards and AV systems to ensure flawless functionality.
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity : Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and perform regular tests to ensure system resilience and recovery readiness.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT infrastructure, network topology, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Vendor Management : Coordinate with third-party vendors for software and hardware support, upgrades, and purchases.
- User Support & Training : Provide technical support to end-users and conduct occasional training sessions to improve staff familiarity with IT systems and tools.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal IT policies (e.g., PCI DSS if handling cardholder data).
- Project Management : Lead IT-related projects such as system upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations across properties.
Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years in server infrastructure management.
- Minimum of 3 years in network administration.
- Minimum of 3 years working with Camera Systems
- At least 5 years of experience with Active Directory.
- At least 4 years of scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- 3 years of experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
- 3 years of experience with Azure cloud platforms.
- 4 years of experience managing Office 365.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with POS terminals and systems.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency with RMM tools such as Datto.
- Experience with Windows patching and policy creation.
- Knowledge of meeting room display board systems like 22Miles and AV equipment.
- Disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Strong documentation skills for IT systems and processes.
- Familiarity with PCI DSS and other compliance standards.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with SQL Server management for reporting and databases related to POS and other systems.
- Familiarity with hospitality-specific systems such as Opera PMS, MICROS POS, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
