Job Title: IT Accessibility Project Manager
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track project risks, budget, and resources.
- Maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Establish quality standards and implement improvement processes to meet project requirements.
- Maintain a risk register, ensuring all risks and mitigation efforts are documented and reported.
Qualifications:
- PMP certification and at least 3 years of project management experience OR 5 years of project management experience without a PMP.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
