Job Title: IT Accessibility Project Manager

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project risks, budget, and resources.
• Maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and risk assessments.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Establish quality standards and implement improvement processes to meet project requirements.
• Maintain a risk register, ensuring all risks and mitigation efforts are documented and reported.

Qualifications:

• PMP certification and at least 3 years of project management experience OR 5 years of project management experience without a PMP.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1.
