IT Operations Manager
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $120,000 - $125,000
Location: Seguin, TX
Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT operations for specific sites, managing IT hardware, software, and services.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and life cycle documentation.
- Oversee strategic plan implementation to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, JD Edwards, and other applications.
- Oversee service desk operations, ensuring efficient outcomes.
- Participate in IT budget planning and annual budget creation.
- Prepare project plans and related documentation for IT initiatives.
- Manage on-premise and cloud-based services effectively.
- Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships for IT products and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, communicating IT activities and cybersecurity status to leadership.
- Participate in corporate IT after-hours on-call rotation for critical system outages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT operations management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Must demonstrate career stability with a minimum of 5+ years in the current company.
- Strong project management experience.
- Director-level experience managing IT operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing people, vendor relationships, and projects.
- Hands-on management style, actively working alongside the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to influence, motivate, develop, and coach team members.
- Capable of building strong business relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to stay current with rapidly evolving technologies.
- High expertise in managing Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Exchange/Exchange Online, and Office 365.
- Experience with SDWAN and VPN networking technologies.
- Familiarity with products such as F5 Networks, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ASA X series firewalls, Hewlett Packard Aruba, or Dell.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work irregular hours or overtime as needed.
