Required Experience and Skills:

• Proficient in API and DITA/XML, including best practices with markups, tags, entitlements, and topic types

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and other authoring tools, such as Visual Studio Code, Ixiasoft, Oxygen, XML, and xMetal

• Experience with documenting developer-focused content such as APIs or README

• Comfortable collaborating with SMEs at all levels

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience with Project Management and an understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience with Microsoft Office products

• Working understanding of content localization

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills

• Technologically savvy, spearheading innovation through ingenuity, creativity, and thoughtful risks

• Adaptable to dynamic change and ambiguity

• Ability to identify the need for graphics and process flows to improve content clarity

• Ability to identify and implement process and strategy improvement opportunities with consideration for target audience, user experience product life cycle and documentation best practices

Seeking a Senior Content Strategy Analyst who will be involved in creating and delivering technical content and publications about products and services for our customers. The position involves performing all stages of technical content publication for online, mobile, and printed formats.

Senior Content Strategy Analyst Role:

• Work with cross-functional teams and multiple Business/Product Owners to create original content and update existing technical content

• Accountable for the successful completion of high-quality projects within the technical writing function

• Ensure updates are made to technical content in accordance with the CS&D writing styles and standards

• Manage day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online for consumption through multiple channels including web and mobile

• Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers

• Author in markdown or XML to create both developer and user-focused content

• Primarily create developer-focused content in support of API integrations, as well as user-centered release notes, announcements, and user guides

• Author API content in Visual Studio Code and manage branches with Git and user content in Ixiasoft CCMS

• Review swagger file for usable error codes

• Consult with programs for UI strings

• Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types, such as PDF, HTML, Wiki, and online help file generation

• Gathering/analysis of requirements/information

• Facilitate reviews and advocate for best practices where appropriate

• Review and assess project intake portal
