What the position offers:
· $55k-$60k+ base DOE; the company provides a training salary for the first few years (could be less); before converting to uncapped commission (only) and monthly discretionary bonus
· After 90 days, the following benefits are offered:

What you’ll be doing:
· Responsible for generating new business within the country’s deregulated energy markets
· Sell natural gas, electricity, and related energy services to commercial and industrial customers out of their Dublin, Ohio office
· Conduct phone calls (90%) and face-to-face visits (10%)
· Identify revenue opportunities and sell far and wide inside their book of business
· Analyze and present savings analysis to potential customers
· Develop industry and account relationships to leverage during the sales process
Who we’re looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 5+ years of sales experience preferred
· Experience in a sales-driven, inside/outside sales environment
· Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
· Ability to quickly learn new processes
· Experience with an online CRM is ideal
· Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
· Passion for educating and closing deals quickly
· Strong phone and face-to-face presentation skills
· Interest in building upon companies’ successful track record in sales
· An outgoing, dynamic personality and can build outstanding relationships
· A “can do” attitude and someone who loves to be challenged
· Metrics-oriented, organized, and “loves to win” mindset
· A strong candidate will have a proven track record in inside/outside sales, excellent communication skills, a consistent work ethic, and a desire to be a part of one of the fastest-growing energy brokerage companies in the industry
