Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

• Deep knowledge of HCI platforms such as Dell XR, Cisco Hyperflex, and UCSX .
• Expertise in backup and storage solutions , including Veeam, Pure Storage, Nimble, and Alletra .
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies, including VMware (vSphere, vCenter) and Hyper-V .
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on HCI, storage, and virtualization.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex HCI and virtualization solutions
• Advanced understanding of compute, storage, and networking architectures.
• Continuously monitor and tune the HCI environment for optimal performance and reliability.
• Identify potential bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to address them.
• Optimize storage and backup strategies to align with evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with organizational objectives.
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders on HCI and virtualization projects.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing across the team.
• Strong knowledge of disaster recovery, replication, and backup strategies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
