Job Requirements

- Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and/or positive laboratory titer
- Fit Test completed onsite, completed annually.
- Hepatitis B vaccination documentation or signed declination for the unvaccinated.
- Influenza vaccine status required. Consideration for declination for religious or medical exemption only.
- 2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold within specified periods, updated annually.
- Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and/or positive laboratory titer
- Proof of Tdap vaccine received.
