Job Details
- Requesting travelers for 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation -- the plan is to try each traveler on evenings, if there are needs aligned with skills that will be their primary shift. Scheduled for days when otherwise not needed on evenings. Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract. Including call and weekends.
- Shifts for 4x10 on evenings would be 1p-11p; Shifts for 4x10 on days would be 7a-5:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-7:30p W.
- Shifts for 4x12 on evenings would be 11a-11p. Shifts for 4x12 on days would be 7a-7:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-9:30p W.
Job Requirements
- Must have documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella (German measles) vaccines or two MMR vaccines. OR Proof of immunity via blood test (will show antibodies if immune to measles, mumps, and rubella) Vaccine requirement if titer result is not immune or low immunity.
- Physician Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA. Within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. Due to MA DPH regulation, Windemere & Spaulding Brighton have 2 year expiration.
