Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Front Desk Management : Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Phone and Email Handling : Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries via phone or email promptly.
- Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and manage appointments and meeting schedules as needed.
- Administrative Support : Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Office Coordination : Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as needed.
- Mail and Deliveries : Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.
- Team Collaboration : Provide support to other departments as required.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers and fax machines).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
