ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and rain
• Ability to work most, if not all, Rangers games and special events
• Ability to walk/stand including ramps and stairs for 4+ hours
• Positions include Ticket Scanner, Bag Check, Usher, Elevator Operator, Escalator Operation, Guest Services, Wheelchair Attendant, and Ambassador
• Deliver Texas Hospitality to all Guests of Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium
• Greeting and directing Guests, and answering questions about Globe Life Field/Choctaw Stadium offerings and polices
• Resolve Guest concerns and accommodate special requests
• Use knowledge of Globe Life Field to engage with Guests to deliver exceptional service.
• Promote a safe and friendly environment for all Guests by identifying and reporting inappropriate behavior, safety risks, and medical situations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed by leadership
• Perform efficiently in both indoor and outdoor settings, demonstrating adaptability to diverse weather conditions and situations.
• All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold and rain.
• Ability to walk/stand including ramps and stairs for 4+ hours
• Night and weekend availability to accommodate the Rangers and special events schedule
• Maintain a positive attitude and a service mindset
• Ability to continuously stand and walk 4-10 hours throughout the venue
• Ability lift and/or pull up to 15 lbs.
