Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced individual to join our talented group as a Human Resources Coordinator.

Position Highlights: The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Tri Pointe Homes' general HR administration processes by working highly collaboratively within a fast paced, highly engaging HR team. This position serves as a key team brand ambassador during initial recruiting and onboarding processes, performs data entry and performs administration tasks to support HR operations. This position also works closely with the entire HR and Talent Acquisition team to create and provide exceptional experiences both internally and externally to candidates and team members.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Assists Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure effective administration and management of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Act as key administrator for the Companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM. Perform administrative duties to keep system up to date, open new job requisitions, disposition requisitions and candidates, and run reports out of system.
  • Oversee and manage the entire background check process for new hires, from pre-offer to post-hire. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR leaders to gather required information and provide timely updates throughout the process.
  • Launch and manage new hire onboarding tasks within the onboarding module.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Maintain weekly open requisition log and generate reports for the TA & HR team.
  • Track and manage referred employees ensuring timely submission of referral information to payroll on the first of each month.
  • Assist with maintenance of existing ATS system, as well as integrations with other HRIS applications.
  • Assist with organizing job fairs and recruitment events
  • Other talent acquisition support as needed.
  • Enter and update information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions, ensuring all new employees receive comprehensive information on company policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Prepares and generates new, ongoing and ad-hoc special reports of employee personnel information and data. Effectively utilizes the HRIS to obtain and analyze data.
  • Provides administration support to entire HR, as needed/requested.
  • Performs additional special projects in line with department and company goals.
  • Acts as a strong brand ambassador; Assists in fostering and growing strong company culture, values, and policies.

Position Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree in HR strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly desired
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR & talent acquisition/recruiting best practices, policies and procedures preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HR Software and recruitment software
  • Prior experience with UKG and/or reputable Applicant Tracking System(s) a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate strong work values in confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $24.95-33.61 per hour, equivalent to $51,900-69,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Companys applicable incentive plan document.
