Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a Program Manager to join their team in Moutain View, CA!
**This is a 9-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As the Program Manager, you will support the team and 3rd party partners with program management, business operations, operational improvements, communications, and event/visit planning.
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results.
- Business Operations: Develop and manage operating mechanics, analyze and improve operating processes
- Event preparation: Support the team in researching, planning, and executing events such as partner visits and program launches
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive successful program implementation.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in program management , demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage stakeholders and 3rd parties
- Experience working on the supply side of a two-sided network
- Experience in the tax, accounting, call center and/or or BPO industries
- Strong understanding of business/team/programs operations principles and best practices.
