Position: Sr. Manager, Marketing & Communications

Location: Hartford, CT (4 days onsite – 1 day remote AFTER 90 days)

Salary: 100-110k+

Must Haves:

• 5-7+ Communications/Marketing
• Strong writer/Communications
• Some Management/Leadership experience
• Social Media and Web content/management
• Analytics, Data and reporting
• Branding and Planning
• Non-profit or Fundraising experience (plus)
• Must have software: Canva, WordPress, MS Suite

Preferred :

• Understands the targeted market – understands the community
• Strategic mindset
• Attention to detail, active listener
