Account Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our client located in Nashville, TN . This role serves as a crucial link between the customer and the company before, during, and after the purchases.
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour
- Position Type: Temp to Hire, On-Site
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications through phone, email, website chat, and fax in a professional manner.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Procurement.
- Process purchase orders, take customer and sales orders, and perform data entry to create shipping documents for Operations.
- Perform various administrative tasks including electronic filing, shipping and receiving small parcels, billing corrections, updating CRM databases, and creating documents such as letters, spreadsheets, memos, reports, and notes.
- Ensure accurate customer billing and enter billing correction requests into CRM as needed. Communicate about customer credit card payments and overall account financials.
- Contact customers regularly to obtain orders from repeat customers in support of the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn other software as needed
- Strong attention to detail, data entry, and organizational skills
- Professionalism and excellent customer service skills required
