Marketing Coordinator
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage and execute all aspects of planning and coordinating internal events and external fundraisers.
- Coordinate and execute logistics, including event location specifications, Food & Beverage arrangements, and liaising with general contractors.
- Act as the primary contact for marketing material requests and gather division-specific social media content.
- Aid in data entry and support donors through company software.
- Manage fulfillment needs of industry partners for each meeting and event.
- Oversee co-sponsorship agreements with other industry partners and non-profit organizations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event planning and project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines for multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Experience with database software or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn systems.
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating self-initiative.
- Graphic design experience.
