The Opportunity
Credibly is looking for an ISO Relationship Manager to increase ISO (Independent Sales Offices/Brokers) partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing ISOs (book of business), identifying new ISO's and following up on potential leads. The ISO Relationship Manager will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.
What You Will Do:
•Aspiration-Setting: Sets bold aspirations - a clear vision - for the development of the relationship.
•Relationship Strategy: Sets and executes a client relationship strategy that defines which issues to focus on, which opportunities to pursue, and which individuals to invest in.
•Client Leadership: Is perceived as a leader and driver of business by ISOs within their book of business. Facilitates the development of a vision for the overall success of the ISO relationship with Credibly.
•Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Crediby's services and pricing structure.
•Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
•Meet or exceed book of business sales goals.
•Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish first and follow up appointments with ISOs.
•Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers within that organization.
•Utilize the company's CRM daily, scheduling, and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
•Complete relationship reviews for each in person ISO visit.
•Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the (specified) territory.
•Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients.
•Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.
•Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
•Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
What Makes You Special:
•3+ years in Small Business Lending space (ISO management)
•Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
•Must present and communicate in a professional manner
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Must be organized with good time management skills
•Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company
•Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications
•Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
•Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
•Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
•Excellent interpersonal communication
