Our client has an Immediate Need for an INTERIM HR Director for a 3 month engagement. This role is Hybrid, 3 days in office.


Seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner


Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in overseeing all HR-related functions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, payroll, benefits, compliance, and more. This is a senior-level generalist role requiring an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management : Provide day-to-day guidance to line management on performance management issues, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Talent Development, Acquisition, and Workforce Planning : Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires. Provide insights and guidance on workforce planning to ensure the facility’s staffing needs are met.
  • Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation : Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring accurate timekeeping and handling payroll issues such as terminations, hires, and leaves. Assist employees with benefits inquiries and direct them to the broker as needed.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement : Address complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and manage the company’s hotline. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Policies and HR Compliance : Administer and enforce company policies and provide HR guidance to line management. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and compensation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and counsel managers and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
