I am currently working with an AM LAW ranked firm on a number of positions, which includes an Associate to join their leading Labor & Employment group in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead Partners across the firm's national practice group.
• Work with clients with domestic and international operations.
• You will handle general labor and employment matters, including preparing Affirmative Action Plans, advising on 41 C.F.R. Part 60 compliance and conducting and/or defending audits/investigations by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Min of 4 years of Labor & Employment experience, ideally gained within a big law firm setting.
• Strong academic background.
• Licensed to practice in Minnesota.
• Excellent writing and case management skills.
