A growing and creative beauty e-commerce company is URGENTLY seeking a temp to hire Account Specialist to join a fast-growing and exciting team. The opportunity offers a casual work environment, potential for growth, and the ability to join a thriving beauty company, with an amazing team!
This is not a call center or order processing position. Looking for solid Sr Account Specialists with knowledge working with big box retailers.

This role is Mon/Tues in office, so local candidates only please.

Qualified Candidates MUST Have:

• 3 plus years of order processing,
• Netsuite is a MUST
• Intermediate MS Excel
• EDI experience preferred
• Experience with streamlining systems is highly preferred
• Experience with EDI transmissions, managing discrepancies for over 200 retail stores
• Setting up new customers in Netsuite system
• Able to work closely with cross functional departments; finance, planning, sales and warehouse
• Manage credit memos and charge-backs
• Manage high volume of invoices
• Corresponding with customers via phone and/or email
• Detail oriented, organized and deadline driven
