Job Description:

The highly ranked group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join it's Kanas City office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough legal research on real estate matters.
• Drafting and reviewing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
• Representing clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.
• Handling closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions.
• Staying abreast of changes in real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Missouri state bar.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law - including finance experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
