Strategic Project Manager - $110,000 to $125,000 plus bonus

NEW Strategic Project Manager role (PERMANENT position - NOT consulting / contract) with a growing privately owned company. Our client targets growth both through expansion in the Mid Atlantic region as growth via acquisition.

This role will report directly to and support the Chief Financial Officer of this company and is responsible for planning and executing the integration of new locations and newly acquired businesses. This role will coordinate cross-functional integration teams including Finance, IT, Operations, Human Resources, Sales and Legal. This role will be heavily involved in project management, integration planning, change management, risk management and synergy realization.

This role will work out of our client’s headquarters on the west shore of Harrisburg and will travel periodically to locations within a 3 hour radius of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. Our client estimates most of these trips will be day travel (not overnight) and estimates 15% travel.

Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of four years of project management and / or PMO (project management office) experience is required.
