Our Fortune 1000 client is seeking a CI Manager for their Elkhart location. This individual will partner closely with Plant Management/other operations leaders, driving change while respectfully challenging the status quo.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure lean execution drives results for customers and stakeholders, connecting results to the KPIs and P&L
• Bring lean expertise to operations and CI leaders, teaching & coaching local teams
• Lead Kaizen events and other lean projects
• Conduct lean maturity assessments, & identify opportunities for improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5+ years CI experience in a heavy manufacturing setting (ETO preferred)
• Direct operations experience in ETO metal fabrication/assembly environment ideal
• US Citizen or green card holder
• Ability to travel 15% for lean benchmarking across other sites and to learn best practices from other plants
