Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has a need for a full-time Interim Commercial Contracts Attorney, for 40 hours/week for 6+ months.

Overview : Our client is seeking an interim full time commercial contracts attorney.

Company: Client is a medical device company.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in contract management dealing with drafting and amending commercial contracts and agreements – customer/supplier/vendor agreements and more.
• Experience with working in corporate setting in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight.

Additional “nice to have” experience :

• Healthcare/Med Device experience not required but would be nice to have.

Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis area

Responsibilities:

Drafting and amending commercial contracts including customer, supplier and vendor agreements.

Work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Attorney with 6+ years commercial contracts experience
• Full time
• For approximately 6 months
• Hybrid role – in office 3 days/week
• Healthcare/Med Device experience not required, but would be nice to have.
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Experience with managing the expectations of business partners.
