Senior Buyer – Confidential Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Buyer specializing in construction and renovation procurement for a family office in Miami, FL . This role requires experience in purchasing materials, sourcing suppliers, negotiating quotes, and generating reports related to construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure construction materials and services.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare cost analysis and detailed purchasing reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with project needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
• Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on construction and renovations .
• Strong negotiation, reporting, and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant procurement tools and software.
• Preferred: Advanced or fluent Portuguese.

Work Conditions:

• 100% on-site in Miami, FL.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
