Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager
The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role includes assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing high-quality service, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy renewals, endorsements, and general account management
- Process and review new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations to ensure accuracy and compliance with underwriting guidelines
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms, conditions, and pricing to meet client needs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
- State insurance license in Property & Casualty required
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including general liability, property, auto, and workers' compensation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits :
- $65,000 - $80,000 salary plus bonus, depending on experience
