Metro Atlanta area personal injury firm looking for an experienced attorney to handle medical malpractice cases. While we handle all types of personal injury cases, this position is specifically for an attorney who has a minimum of 10 years experience handling medical malpractice cases, whether on the Plaintiff or Defense side.

You must enjoy/be good at reading a ton of medical records, discovery responses, depo transcripts, etc.

You must be able to draft your own pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, etc., finding/screening potential experts and drafting their Affidavits.

You must have at least a decade's worth of experience handling medmal cases, so pouring through all these documents should not be unchartered waters for you.

You must have experience mediating cases, and you must have tried cases before a jury.

Every case is different, every client is different, and we do not take a cookie-cutter approach.

We want an outside-the-box thinker who is a hard worker and a TEAM player.

We are a small firm, and there is ZERO drama. We intend to keep it that way.

Personality and the ability to get along with co-workers and clients is critical.

You may be great, but you need to SHOW us, not TELL us.
