Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Lawyer  to join our Georgia team. The successful candidate will handle personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation, ensuring our clients receive top-tier legal guidance and support. This role involves working closely with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and our litigation team to maximize case outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess claims and develop case strategies.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ pre-litigation personal injury cases from start to resolution.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate and review medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation for case valuation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress.
• Review demand letters to insurance companies.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management.
• Transition cases to litigation when necessary, providing detailed hand-offs to the litigation team.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation.
• Proven track record of negotiating favorable settlements.
• Strong understanding of personal injury laws, including liability, damages, and medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a compassionate approach.
