What You'll Do:

• Manage  50+ personal injury litigation cases from start to finish in the areas of motor vehicle collisions, trucking cases, motorcycle wrecks, premises liability cases, etc.
• Strategize  cases with your litigation paralegal to ensure successful results.
• Roundtable  litigation cases & report to the senior attorney and collaborate with the legal team.
• Evaluate  personal injury claims, providing expert legal advice to clients
• Communicate  effectively with Clients and provide the best customer service experience possible.
• Draft, review, and modify  pleadings, discovery responses, motions, demand letters, jury charges, exhibits, and more…
• Gather and assess evidence , working closely with clients, medical providers, expert witnesses, and insurance adjusters.
• Negotiate settlements  in the best interest of the client.

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the Bar.
