Job Title: Presentation Specialist
Location: New York, NY (10055) – Remote (All Shifts Available)
Employment Type: 12+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)
Overview:
Talent Groups is seeking experienced Presentation Specialists to support a high-volume, fast-paced workflow. These remote positions cover all shifts and focus on delivering high-quality presentations for clients in the financial services industry. Candidates with presentation operator and design experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, adhering to brand standards.
- Produce and troubleshoot charts in PowerPoint and Excel (excluding custom automation).
- Collaborate with internal clients to clarify project requirements and address issues proactively.
- Estimate completion times based on project complexity and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service through phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft Office files.
- Enhance presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Tackle unique requests with creative solutions while maintaining brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume presentation center.
- PowerPoint Proficiency: Advanced skills with strong knowledge of Excel charting and basic formulas.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with MapInfo, OCR software, and FactSet is a plus.
- Customer Service: Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Design Knowledge: Financial services industry experience and design expertise are advantageous.
