The Quality Leader will collaborate with suppliers, plant operations and customers ensuring all programs, procedures and trainings are in accordance with company policy. You will assist the team toward company goals in quality, reliability, waste reduction and productivity. The company will rely on you for extensive expertise and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Essential Functions:

1. Implement, maintain, and improve quality policies and programs

2. Responsible for the execution and compliance to quality audits including IATF

3. Rigorous oversight into personnel adherence to quality programs and trainings

4. Maintain close relationships with internal personnel which drive performance and collaboration

5. Develop a Vision for the Quality Program

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree, Associate’s or Equivalent work-related in metal manufacturing experience

2. 8+ years of demonstrated experience implementing quality programs (ISO and/or IATF)

3. Strong knowledge of industrial quality manufacturing

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Demonstrated accomplishments leading and developing a quality conscious team
