A Bilingual HR Generalist job in Monroe, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 4+ years of human resources experience and work experience in payroll processing, recruitment, and benefit administration. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. In this position, you will process weekly payroll, conduct full cycle recruiting, onboard new hires, and complete trainings. This position will also administer employee benefits, act as a resource for employee relations, and maintain employee records. Travel to their other location two hours away 1-2 times a month is required, so drivers license is needed.
Bilingual HR Generalist job responsibilities include:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with benefit administration and full cycle recruiting.
• Payroll Processing experience. ADP experience a plus.
• Proficient understanding of HRIS systems preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
