Our client is expanding their building engineering team and are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with architects, clients, and project managers to oversee the electrical design of building projects, from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to construction, including final punch lists and commissioning.
• Develop comprehensive electrical engineering designs, covering lighting, power systems, riser diagrams, electrical circuiting, voice/data, security, AV systems, and fire alarms.
• Create and edit master specifications for each project.
• Review shop drawings, address RFIs, manage change orders, and provide support during construction.
• Oversee and manage projects from start to finish as a senior electrical engineer.
• Mentor, guide, and support less experienced staff, including junior engineers and interns.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Hands-on design experience working on building systems is essential.
• A minimum of 7 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Proficiency in REVIT MEP is preferred (training can be provided).
