Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of family law experience.
• Knowledge in estate planning and probate (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Ability to manage and progress multiple cases efficiently.
• Collaborative personality with a lighthearted, solution-driven mindset.
• A proven understanding of billing and productivity requirements in a small-firm setting.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
