1-2 year contract

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Agile Systems Implementation experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Training and experience in requirements development and use case development
• Self-starter, be engaged, curious, and follow through.
• Solid requirements gathering

Responsibilities:

• Building test cases, helping users complete successful and thorough UAT test sessions and approve application setup with confidence
• Analyze and understand the requirements for the Healthcare platform Improvements project and compare vendors propositions with requirements.
• Test and compare the product developed by the vendor(s) with the initial requirements.
• Ability to operate in a quickly pacing agile environment and communicate with case managers and administration, software vendors and understand development approaches and technology.
• Analyze current and new workflows/processes and positively communicate with staff.
• Maintaining relationships with internal staff, department/organizational leaders, and stakeholders.
