POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Maintenance Expeditor will work with the department manager in assistance to measurably improve equipment and process reliability, and ultimately enhance operations productivity. This person will ensure the effectiveness of all equipment to service our customers while maintaining high standards in quality and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Dispatch technicians and vendors
- Open and close tickets
- Material payments
- Credit Card reports
- Manager all open work orders
- Control rental expenses
- Weekly ext. lighting reports
- Free-on monthly reports
- Equipment rentals
- Special requests
- Work collaboratively with other departments
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in the field of construction and maintenance departments
- Retail Store Operations or Retail Store Support for Supermarkets
- Bilingual: Spanish and English preferred.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning and Scheduling
- Workflow and materials management
- Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and SAP
- Competence to effectively maneuver Microsoft Office
- Attentiveness to diligence and discipline to maintain data integrity

The physical demands and work conditions below represent those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities:
- WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
- STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.
- LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
