Join Our Team as a Vendor Risk Analyst!

Apex Systems is seeking a Vendor Risk Analyst to join one of our large financial clients in Vienna, VA. This hybrid role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to support a collaborative Vendor Risk Management (VRM) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and ongoing monitoring for new and existing vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure due diligence and effective incident response.
• Manage vendor onboarding/offboarding and track performance against SLAs.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in vendor risk management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with risk assessments and process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

Preferred:

• VRM certifications (CTPRP, CTPRA, NCCO, CRCM).
• Knowledge of third-party risk management platforms and mortgage lending compliance.
