Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purchasing & Inventory Manager to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure optimal inventory levels to support manufacturing operations. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in supply chain management to drive cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost-effective purchasing.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize pricing and service levels.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability while minimizing excess stock.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and project management teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Analyze market trends and forecasts to anticipate material requirements and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing and inventory team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on purchasing and inventory metrics with strategic insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field ; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years in purchasing, supply chain management, or inventory control , preferably in manufacturing or signage industries.
• Skills:
• Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel .
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
