Title: Laboratory Technician

Pay Rate: $25 - 40/hr on W2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver complex application samples for clients using our CLASS sampling system and independently operate standard equipment/procedures to the required level.
• Testing samples for performance, stability while adhering to delivery due dates and applying good laboratory practices.
• Identifying technical problems in application samples and tests, processes, and test solutions.
• Keep personal workbench clean, organized as per best practices and optimizes personal collection of raw materials.
• Keeps collection of raw materials fresh and ensuring all expired ones are removed while maintaining and up-to-date collection of fragrance oils related to the perfumer’s oil library.
• Operates with a team spirit mindset and supports their colleagues under high workload situations.

• Ability to work comfortably in a very fast paced environment with short project deadlines.
• Previous experience in a perfumery or FMCG company strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• REQUIRED – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/experience preferably in a concentration of Science along with a minimum of 3 years of practical laboratory experience.
