Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house activities including service, dining reservations, and guest interactions to ensure a seamless luxury experience
- Manage a team of 30+ staff members, leading training, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with the culinary team to craft an elevated menu aligned with the resort's upscale brand
- Drive revenue goals through innovative marketing, special events, and high customer satisfaction scores
- Maintain high operational standards for cleanliness, safety, and service while staying within budget
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing front-of-house operations at a high-end restaurant or resort property
- Extensive fine dining service experience with a proven track record of delivering memorable guest experiences
- Strong leadership, team building, and staff development skills
- Abundant knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and commitment to excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced computer skills including POS, reservation, and inventory systems
- Available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
