Senior Nuclear Technical Project Manager

Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Technical Project Manager 4 position at the Los Alamos National Laboratory remote site in Richland, WA .

Salary: $105/hr - $110/hr

Location: 100% Onsite in Richland, WA

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage and ensure timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects
• Establish technical requirements and define project deliverables, budgets, and schedules
• Oversee project teams in planning, tracking, and executing projects from initiation to completion
• Develop work packages that define project accomplishments and meet programmatic needs
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies, procedures, and standards
• Determine program service levels and enhancements
• Assist with budget development and monitoring
• Provide technical advice to staff and other departments

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 12 years of related experience
• Ability to obtain a Q clearance

Desired Skills

• Experience with DOE EVMS programs and 413.3B projects
• Familiarity with NQA-1 processes, fabrication, and construction
• Strong technical design review capabilities
• Proficiency in procurement, proposal, and bid processes
• Contract and change management expertise

Education and Experience Requirements

• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Minimum 12 years of related experience in project management
