Description The Estimating Engineer will: Read and outline project drawings, specifications, and ancillary bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs Develop requests for quotation packages for vendors and subcontractors Identify and solicit requests for quotations to vendors and subcontractors Support distribution of bid materials to stakeholders Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals Collaborate with estimating and project management teams Assist Project Managers in cost evaluations. Assist in closing out bids.
