We’re looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and help us scale the Black Card program. If you’re an experienced salesperson who thrives in high-performance environments and wants to make a real impact, this is the opportunity for you.



Role Overview:


As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by connecting high-value prospects with the Black Card. You’ll leverage your consultative sales skills to engage with clients who are eager to succeed in the fund management space, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring they see the value of the Black Card.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Consultative selling: Understand prospects’ goals, challenges, and needs to position the Black Card as the solution.
  • High-performance outreach: Conduct phone calls, virtual meetings, and email campaigns to engage with prospects effectively.
  • Achieve quotas: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Salesforce CRM: Keep detailed records of client interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to optimize the sales process and enhance the customer experience.
  • Client engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects, emphasizing the premium value of the Black Card.



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience: 3-5+ years of B2B or high-ticket sales experience, preferably in finance, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Track record of success: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Persuasive, clear, and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Consultative approach: Ability to understand client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and communication platforms.
  • Finance knowledge: Understanding of alternative investments, funds, or capital raising is a strong plus.
  • Driven and self-motivated: Thrives in a high-energy, results-oriented environment.
