Our customers include construction firms and builders, professional and collegiate sports teams, special events coordinators, facility maintenance providers, government agencies, and the military.


The Position

The Regional Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets within an assigned region primary in a three-hour radius of Western Tennessee, and Central Arkansas.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Provides periodic regional sales forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Participates in trade organizations, or associates as assigned.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the assigned territory (3-hour radius)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field, or
  • At least five years of related experience required


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to maneuver through active construction sites.
  • Must possess a clean MVR, and must be able to travel regionally.
