Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Business Development: Manage existing accounts, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and generate new leads through calls, emails, and other channels. Present solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries resolved. Follow up on orders and quotes to guarantee satisfaction and conversion.
- Order Processing & Coordination: Accurately process orders and collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular forecasts, and report on trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics to enhance the customer experience and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, ideally within manufacturing or construction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; business-related degree is a plus.
