Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing Inside Sale team members and providing support for Outside Sales team
• Provide support to customers regarding product knowledge inquiries and escalated problem resolution

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service/inside sales leadership experience
• Previous manufacturing inside sales experience
• ERP/Order entry experience
• Strong leadership skills, ambitious, confident, and self-motivated

Salary Information:

• Starting salary $65,000/yr based on experience
