Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Residential and Multi-Family General Contractor in the Los Angeles, CA area on their search for a Project Manager with experience in the Residential/Custom Home sector to work on high-end Custom Home projects up to $20 Million in value here in Southern California .
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall project set-up, execution, and management. This position will include estimating the project in conjunction with Sales, proposal/quotes generation, processing/executing change orders and other project-related documents as well as working closely with the Purchasing and Scheduling Manager, Permitting/Design Manager, and Field Supervisor(s) to ensure that materials and labor are being properly scheduled and delivered to the jobsites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Able to perform all essential Project Manager/Estimator job responsibilities
- Experience and comfort performing Assistant Project Manager’s and Project Engineer’s responsibilities
- Maintain the project schedule and budget
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Contractors
- Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable
- Work with estimating, helping establish budgets and contract price
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts and material purchases
- Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery
- Work with the Superintendent to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures
- Manage project deliverables
- Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting
Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related.
- 7+ years managing projects for a reputable Single Family, Custom Home & Residential Construction team(s).
- Residential/Single-Family Renovation experience
