The Pastry cook is responsible for ensuring that all foods are produced according to recipe and plate presentation specifications.
The Pastry cook will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of food products. It is required for Pastry Cooks maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
Responsibilities/Requirements include:
- Operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirements
- Supporting and maintaining systems
- Basic understanding of computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
