We are seeking dedicated and experienced General Managers and Assistant Managers to oversee the daily operations. We are hiring for the entire Cleveland market.

We are searching for individuals that have backgrounds in upscale and polished restaurant environments. 2+ years of management and a 4-year degree preferred.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in food service management, with proven skills in team management, kitchen management, and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Lead and mentor staff.
• Implement staff training programs to enhance team performance and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the other management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an upscale casual restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of food service management practices.
• Experience in cash handling and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead a team effectively with strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous bartending experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
