It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship (May 27th – August 1st) is designed for students looking to make full use of their talents through a hands-on work experience. During your internship, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact on our organization. This paid internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to unleash their creativity, work in an amazing hybrid-friendly office in South End Charlotte, and learn from the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand. You’ll also get the chance to contribute to a sweet group project where you’ll create your very own limited time offer collection!

Krispy Kreme’s Supply Chain Finance Intern work with Finance and Operational partners on various operations-related projects. You will get exposure to analyzing various workforce and labor metrics with a focus on ensuring that our business continues to trend in the right direction and remain successful financially.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Partner with functional business units to support more efficient ways of working
• Shop Efficiency projects including KPI development.
• Participate in Delivered Fresh Daily analysis to understand how operational inputs drive profitability.
• Partner together with doughnut factories on standard costing analysis and factory productivity.
• Support the real estate development and capital process.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with Finance or Accounting major or minor.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong Excel skillset, familiarity with P&L development.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong WebEx or Teams familiarity for online meetings.
• Working knowledge of MS Office to include PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
• And of course.........LOVE DOUGHNUTS!
